A humble begining
From a quarter of a century ago , we have now grown to become over a $100 Million company providing world class service for global logistics, outsourced manufacturing and packaging.

In the beginning, we primarily served large OEM manufacturers and their assembly needs. In the years since, we have significantly expanded our capabilities to serve the retail packaging market as well as customer’s need to handle spare parts and warranty repair.

We ship today to thousands of retail locations including Home Depot, Wal*mart, Lowes, Sears, Menards and others.

What is Six Sigma?
Six Sigma is a breakthrough management tool that enables companies to improve their performance by streamlining operations, improving quality and eliminating defects and enhancing customer service.

It provides specific methods to re-create business and manufacturing processes so that defects are never produced in the first place. Higher quality results in lower costs.

With six sigma, the common measurement index is ‘defects-per-unit,’ where a unit can be virtually anything – a component, piece of material, line of code, administrative form, time frame, distance, etc.

The sigma value indicates how often defects are likely to occur. The higher the sigma value, the less likely a process will produce defects. As sigma increases, costs go down, cycle time goes down, and customer satisfaction goes up.
